With over 30 years of experience as a Holistic Health Practitioner in the spa industry, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others look and feel their best. Health, fitness, and wellness are at the heart of everything I do, and I’m passionate about guiding people toward being the best versions of themselves — inside and out. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me playing tennis with my friends, spending time with my dog Jagger and cat Mojito, or supporting my amazing friends and fellow small business owners like Cassie from The Full Routine and Gabe Diaz, a devoted Farmers Insurance agent and tennis enthusiast. I believe laughter, love, and genuine care are the best ingredients for a happy, healthy life — and I bring that same energy into every session at Buns ’n Roses.
